Copyright Administration (CCA) is a division of Righteous
Oaks Music, Inc. (ROM), whose president, Susan Fontaine
Godwin, M.S. Education, provides 18+ years of professional
expertise in the Christian music industry, specializing in
copyright management, music administration and church copyright
compliance. The staff also includes copyright administration,
licensing, and royalty specialists. ROM provides professional
copyright administration and royalty processing systems for
churches, organizations, publishers and record labels. Our
staff offers a full range of consulting, management and administrative
services to meet specialized music and church business needs.
ROM administrates song publishing catalogs for many premier
songwriters and publishers, including Jamie Harvill, Claire
Cloninger and Nancy Gordon, and has provided management leadership
for such projects as Worship Leader's Song DISCovery
and CopyCare International, a Christian international
copyright administration network.
In Fall 1996, Righteous Oaks Music, Inc.
began providing copyright administration, consultation and
information for Pastor Joseph Garlington's Covenant Church
of Pittsburgh. Their diverse and innovative music department
generated a myriad of copyright questions, which staff members
had difficulty answering. Since 1996, ROM has acted as a consultant,
administrator and information resource for many churches &
organizations, including 20,000-member Saddleback Valley Community
