Now the PerformMusic License offers an easy one-stop solution allowing you to perform more than 16 million songs from ASCAP, BMI and SESAC—all for one low annual fee (starting at $184) with NO reporting required. Common non-exempt activities include concerts, social and youth events, fund raisers, aerobics and dance classes, weddings, conferences, music-on-hold…really any time music is played or performed in your facilities outside a service. In addition, any secular or non-religious songs (like “White Christmas”) are not covered under the exemption.
